These charcoal drawings were made initially using AI. I put visual descriptions of anatomy and architecture from libraries into Midjourney to see what would happen. Once I saw an image that came close to forming something that combined these I rendered them in charcoal, taking them back into analogue and bringing back the maker’s hand into the final process.
